Accessibility & assistance
Updated October 26, 2026
We want people with disabilities to be able to understand TOVRINO's services, use this website and contact us. Accessibility is ongoing work. Our technical goal is WCAG 2.2 Level AA; this statement does not claim complete conformance or certification.
Get help another way
If the website or form is difficult to use, you can contact us by email or telephone to ask about a service, discuss a request or get assistance.
Telephone hours: Sunday–Thursday, 8am–7pm; Friday, 8am–4pm Eastern. You can send an email outside those hours.
Using this website
- A skip link lets keyboard users move to the main content.
- Keyboard focus is visible on links and controls. Forms have visible labels and feedback when a field needs attention.
- You can enlarge text using browser zoom and use your browser's accessibility settings.
- The site respects reduced-motion preferences. When the homepage photo is moving, a pause control is available.
- Optional advertising measurement is separate from an appointment request. You can keep it off and still use the form. Read Cookies & privacy choices.
Limitations and ongoing work
We are continuing to review keyboard navigation, focus visibility, forms, text readability, motion and layouts at different sizes. Browser, device and assistive-technology combinations can behave differently, and we welcome reports about barriers we have missed.
The online request form currently requires a service selection, a full name, a telephone number and a five-digit US ZIP code. If you cannot complete it or need another way to communicate, use the email or telephone contact above. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own interfaces and accessibility practices.
Report an accessibility barrier
Email us with Website accessibility help in the subject, or call us. Where possible, tell us:
- The page address and what you were trying to do.
- What prevented you from completing the task.
- Your browser, device and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing that information.
- How you would prefer us to contact you.
You do not need to share medical information, passwords, payment details or government ID to report a barrier. For questions about how contact information is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
